  1. Payment should be made by CHEQUE/RTGSNEFT/FUND TRANSFER only. Please do not make any Cash transaction to our salesman / staff will be unauthorized.
  2. We have the discretion to change the prices of the products and scheme without any prior notice.
  3. Cheque without Date and Amount /PDC Cheque should be issued in favour of registrant company at the time of registration of security.
  4. Company will appoint dealers only in different strategical point, so as to facilitate exclusivity of company's authorized dealership.
  5. Company will be responsible for free dispatch to one point. Company Will not be responsible for secondary sales.
  6. We will not be responsible for any credit given in the market by any means.
  7. Damaged products within warranty / guarantee period will be considered for replacement as per warranty pr guarantee policy, or credit notes can be issued of effective value.
  8. If dealer willing to return any fresh unsold goods they have to bear the transportation cost both sides 9 Company will not dispatch any goods to its dealers unless receiving purchase order, on letterhead /email WhatsApp/SMS.
  9. Scheme & trade discounts if any will be calculated on basic price excluding GST, and beneficiary firm/ company will get the applicable benefit in form of credit note only. No cash can be claimed against any Scheme & trade discount if offered.
  10. Dealer must send their stock statement by every month end.
  11. We reserve the right to terminate business at any point time on the basis of poor performance, suspicious financial activity for the sake of brand image or any unethical practices.
  12. In case of any dispute the matter shall be subject to Kolkata High Court Jurisdiction.
