1. Payment should be made by CHEQUE / RTGS / NEFT / FUND TRANSFER only.
2. Company reserves the right to change prices and schemes.
3. Undated cheques / PDC cheques must be issued in favour of company.
4. Dealership appointment subject to company discretion.
5. Dispatch responsibility limited to one point.
6. No responsibility for secondary sales or market credit.
7. Warranty claims as per company policy.
8. Returned goods transport cost borne by dealer.
9. Trade discounts calculated on base price excluding GST.
10. Monthly stock statement mandatory.
11. Company may terminate dealership for poor performance.
12. Jurisdiction: Kolkata High Court.
